To be content is to disregard universal consciousness. The overly conscious see everything as it could be, opposed to how it appears. This prompts many questions with no answers, leading to internal unrest. The overly conscious is never content, because there is always more to see, to do, to be. But who is happier, the content or the conscious? It depends most greatly on whether the conscious can willingly accept nature’s brittle course without experiencing hopelessness.
